Commercial Cleaning Services

At Everclear Cleaning, we offer a full suite of commercial cleaning services. Our proven cleaning techniques employ the best equipment and technology to make sure every job is done thoroughly and no detail is missed.

Commercial Janitorial Services

Nightly or regularly scheduled full-spectrum janitorial services including wall-to-wall sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and sanitary supplies replacement.

We also thoroughly dust vents, lights, pictures, fire extinguishers, name plates, furniture, baseboards, and anything else where dust collects throughout the month.

Daytime Disinfecting

While most of our cleaning takes place at night or on weekends, we are happy to provide daytime disinfecting service for those customers who require an extra level of sanitation. Daytime disinfecting includes, but isn’t limited to, waiting areas, check-ins, and bathrooms.

Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

We’re happy to offer full-service carpet and upholstery deep cleaning using either the hot-water extraction or encapsulation extraction method. For high traffic areas, we recommend three or four times per year. For areas with less traffic, once or twice a year generally does the trick.

Floor Buffing and Refinishing

For our clients with hard surface flooring such as VCT tile and Marmoleum, we’re experts at removing old dull finishes with precision and care, and then refinishing so they look like new.

Tile and Grout Scrubbing

Anyone with tile flooring knows how easy it is for dirt and grime to find a home in the grout. At Everclear Cleaning, we use the latest equipment and technology to remove excess grime to keep both tile and grout looking like new.

Window Washing

We understand the importance of keeping both the inside and outside of your windows sparkling in our Central Oregon sun. That’s why we offer full-service interior and exterior glass cleaning using only the industry’s best and safest cleaning equipment and materials to ensure the quality of our work.

Electrostatic Disinfecting

With the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, never before has Electrostatic Disinfecting, or EDS, been more important. EDS combines a powerful, specially-formulated disinfectant with state-of-the-art sprayer technology, to dispense a positively-charged disinfecting mist. This charged mist seeks out and clings to surfaces more effectively than pump-spray or aerosol disinfectant.

This makes it the disinfecting method of choice for airlines, stadiums, event centers, major healthcare facilities, and mass transit systems worldwide.

At Everclear Cleaning, we were among the first to offer this vital service throughout Central Oregon.
