Paden Knight

General Manager

Paden came to Everclear Cleaning from Roanoke, VA in 2017. He brought with him a substantial corporate background in Fulfillment, Distribution, and Quality Assurance. Having owned and operated his own restaurants for many years, he also understands the unique challenges that small businesses face.

His diverse experience and skillset proved to be an immediate match for the role of General Manager.

On a daily basis, Paden wears many hats and oversees the Everclear teams throughout Central Oregon. His duties include operational oversight, recruiting and staffing, HR and team member development, new account acquisition, and customer relationship management to name a few.

When not working to make sure that all of Everclear’s customers and family of employees are being taken care of, you can probably find him outdoors with his best friend and constant companion…Duchess, a Dutch Shepherd. He’s an enthusiastic fly fisherman and loves hiking, camping, and exploring our great Pacific Northwest.
