What We Provide
Commercial Janitorial Services
Nightly or regularly scheduled full-spectrum janitorial services including sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and sanitary supplies replacement. We also thoroughly dust vents, lights, pictures, fire extinguishers, name plates, furniture, baseboards, and other areas where dust collects throughout the month.
Daytime
Disinfecting
While most of our cleaning takes place at night or on weekends, we provide daytime disinfecting service for customers needing an extra level of sanitation. This service includes disinfecting waiting areas, check-ins, and bathrooms.
Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
We offer full-service carpet and upholstery deep cleaning using either the hot-water extraction or encapsulation extraction method. For high-traffic areas, we recommend cleaning three to four times per year; for low-traffic areas, once or twice per year usually suffices.
Floor Buffing and
Refinishing
For clients with hard surface flooring, such as VCT tile and Marmoleum, we specialize in removing old, dull finishes and refinishing them to look like new.
